Basic Package Includes: 1 hour initial consultation, preparation of Complaint for Divorce and all other necessary papers, filing with the court and service upon your spouse and preparation and filing of the proof of service.  Also includes ONE (1) modification to Complaint for Divorce.

  This package DOES NOT buy you representation by the attorney.  It only buys the preparation of the initial documents and service of these upon your spouse.  If you then wish to retain the attorney, you will be required to pay an additional $150.00 per hour of attorney time spent on your Divorce.
