Basic Package Includes: 1 hour initial consultation, preparation of Complaint for Divorce and all other necessary papers, instructions for filing and service, address of the court where you need to file the papers, the filing fee and fee waiver if applicable, instructions for service on your spouse and how to fill out the proof of service.  Also includes ONE (1) modification to Complaint for Divorce.

     This package DOES NOT buy you representation. It only purchases document preparation.  In the event that you decide to retain the attorney after the initial filing of the Divorce papers, you will be required to pay the $150.00 per hour hourly rate.
